Built models for all 15 winter sports, unmarshalled XML from Atos Origin timing systems, and delivered near-instant results to millions of visitors through a jQuery front-end integrated into the CMS — backed by Akamai caching and a lightweight polling architecture. Supported the site from the Technical Operations Centre during the Games.

Solution architect on Arterra's mobile BSS/OSS platform — translating business requirements into system design for operators and their enterprise clients. Work spanned Comcast and Charter Communications engagements plus integrations with Verizon Wireless, XPO Logistics, FedEx, and Paymentech on a stack built around Catalyst BSS/OSS, Oracle, and Java API middleware.

Solution architecture and integration work on Roam Mobility's MVNO platform — self-serve SIM activation, plan scheduling, and carrier partner provisioning for Canadians travelling in the United States. Connected billing, top-up, and customer lifecycle flows to upstream BSS/OSS systems on a Java and Oracle stack.

Brought in to untangle a failed outsourcing effort, then grew into acting CTO for this Toronto startup (now Send123.com). Migrated backend systems to a new provider, introduced Vagrant and Ansible for reproducible environments, and established Git, JIRA, and Confluence workflows so a growing team could ship reliably on PHP backends and a Shopify storefront.

Led a migration from Java 7 to 17, including major version upgrades of Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Jackrabbit, while keeping a long-running production platform dependable on AWS and PostgreSQL for healthcare professionals nationwide.
